For the past two years I have been living in a converted warehouse along with eight other people (and one bathroom). Known best as ‘the most sought after accommodation in London’, the lifestyle has its ups and downs. From an unwavering social life with parties that go on all night to rain leaking through light-bulbs and avoiding rats darting around the bathroom floor. It’s been an unusual experience to say the least!
For this personal project, I photographed my neighbours who live in warehouses across London in the context of today’s cost of living crisis and spoke to them about their reasons for choosing to live in a warehouse.
